Another year another amazing journey full of cool people and awesome places. 2016 took me to some pretty epic weddings both in the UK and overseas, each one very different each one a total blast. Choosing just a selection of shots for the entire year is always a nightmare but I’ve loved re-living all the moments and emotion in one hit! Yes there are probably too many but what the hell!
Thanks to all my wonderful clients and I hope you enjoy my year in pictures…
Big love, Andy. x

PS. grab a nice coffee and some biscuits as it will take about 10 mins to get through! If you do make it to the other side please feel free leave a comment at the end :O)

A few weeks back I hooked up with a bunch of very talented UK photographers for a bit of an experiment. The idea being to showcase the VERY different styles photographers have and that there is a style out there to suit every clients taste which is something all couples need to be aware of when planning their wedding. Like choosing a painting, clothes or a new car everyone has different styles and tastes and photography is no different! The brief was simple – we shoot the same couple at the same venue and on the same day and see what we come up with. The results hopefully show that our minds and eyes work in very different ways!

My personal style is a bit like marmite where you either like it or you don’t – no middle ground! This was a decision I made right from the start as I want my work to reflect who I’am and as a result attract like minded people :O)

It was great working with the other guys whom I have a lot of respect for and loved the fact that all our work came out so differently with some fantastic shots by everyone. Hope you enjoy the full set from my shoot!

Its not often you get to photograph other photographers and I’m not usually a family photographer but I loved doing this for these guys!

As photographers we are often so busy photographing others that we sometimes forget to capture photos of our own families! So we set about putting this right and decided to do some family shots of Liam, Bee and Betty on my home turf of Manchester. As a non family photographer I was a bit out of my comfort zone here but decided to go about it in my normal way and hoped for the best!  I have huge respect for these guys and what they do so it was lovely to flip things around and go out and capture a few special moments just for them :O)

Hope you enjoy! Andy.
